I, GERALDINE PRESS, of Donellan Road, He<npton Bays,
County of Suffolk, State of New York, which I declare to be
my do®icile, being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
and realizing the uncertainty of this life, do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my LAST WILL AID TESTAMENT,
hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils heretofore at any time
made by me.
FIRST:. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint
my husband, JACOB PRESS, Executor of this my LAST kTILL AND
TESTAMENT, and I direct that he be not required to furnish any
bond or other security for the faithful performance of his
' .duties as such Executor.
SECOND: I direct my Executor to pay all of my just
debts, but not including any debts secured by property of any
kind, funeral and other expenses, and that all legacy, suc-
cession, transfer, inheritance, estate and other similar taxes
that ma become due and
y payable at or after or by reason of my
death be paid by him as an administration expense. I direct tha
there be no proration of the Federal Estate Tax.
THIRD: I hereby ive devise and be ueath all of m '

right title and interest in and to my home and property at

Donellan Road, Hampton Bays, County of Suffolk, State of New
York, unto my beloved-husband, JACOB PRESS, or if he should
predecease me, unto my beloved son, DAVID PRESS, his heirs and
assigns, to have and to hold and to be his absolutely ,and
forevr.
