FOURT'i: All the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, both real and personal, of whatever nature and kind and
wheresoever situated, of which I may die seized or entitled to
dispose of, by power of appointment or otherwise, I hereby give,
devise and _ bequeath to my beloved husband, JACOB PRESS, or if
he is not surviving, to my son, DAVID PRESS, his heirs and
assigns, to be his, absolutely and forever.
FIFTH: In the event that my beloved husband, JACOB
PRESS, should predecease me, or die in the course of, or as a
result Hof the same accident, epidemic or other calamity as
- shall cause my death, then, and in that event, I hereby give,
devise and bequeath all of my property, real and personal, of
wheatever nature and kind and wheresoever situate, to my son,
DAVID PRESS, to be hfs, absolutely and forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
seal at Hatnptm Bays, New York, this ~ day of April, 1972.
