The undersigned Petitioners allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above Estate as the
domiciliary and ancillary personal representatives, respectively, of
the Estate of MAE RITA PONTELLO, deceased. Petitioners' names and
addresses are:

2. Decedent, AMADEO LOUIS PONTELLO, also known as AMODEO
PONTELLO, whose last known address was 2761 Indian Spring Lane,
! Allison Park, Pennsylvania 15101, whose age was 66 years, and whose
Social Security Number was 176-14-5341, died on January 8, 1973, and
at the time of death decedent was domiciled in Allegheny County,
Pennsylvania.
! 3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this Estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the
ti ages of any who are minors, are:

spouse and sole residual beneficiary under the
