On the Petition of THEODORE J. POTTHAST, JR., and EDGAR A. ~
BROWN, domiciliary and ancillary personal representatives of the
Estate of MAE RITA PONTELLO, deceased, for Summary Administration
of the Estate of AMADEO LOUIS PONTELLO, also known as AMODEO PONTELLO,
deceased, the Court finding that she decedent died on the 8th day of
January, 1973; that all interested persons have joined in the
Petition filed herein; that the material allegations of the Petition
are true; and that an Order of Summary Administration should be
entered; it is t
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of
the assets of the decedent as follows:

To the ESTATE OF MAE RITA PONTELLO, c/o Edgar A. Brown, ~
Personal Representative, Post Office Box 4382, Fort
Pierce, Florida 33450:
An undivided one-third (1/3) interest in the following
described real property located in St. Lucie County,
Florida:
From the intersection of the West R/W line of U. S.
r No. 1 Highway and the South line of Section 6, Town-
R ship 34 South, Range 40 East, run Northwesterly
s along said West R/W line 226.44 feet to the Point of
~ Beginning; thence continue along said West R/W
180.81 feet, thence West 868 feet, more or less, to s
~ the West line of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said
Section 6, thence South 360.5 feet to a point 25
feet North of said South line of Section 6; thence
