On the Petition of ORANGE F. YORK, EDGAR P. YORK and
ROGENIA YORK MARTIN for Family Administration of the Estate
of Edna May York, deceased, the court finding that the decedent
died on the 11th day of March, 1979; that all interested persons
have been served proper notice of this hearing, or have waived
notice thereof; that the material allegations of the petition
are true; and that an Order of Family Administration should
be entered in this estate in accordance with the petition,
it is
ADJUDGID that there be immediate distribution of the
assets of the decedent as follows:
