Personally before me the undersigned officer, authorized by the laws of said state to
administer oaths, comes Charles W. Enalin4 b Debra L. Englina ,who, on oath, says that

actually been commenced on this property.
This notice is filed pursuant to Chapter 713.13, Florida Statutes, to•give notice of
