BEFORE me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared John H.
Davis, who, upon first being duly sworn, did depose and say:

That his name is John H. Davis and he has resided at 407 North 31st.
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida for seven years.
Affiant further states that before taking up residence at 407 North 31st.
Street, he was a resident of 2701 Avenue E, Fort Pierce, Florida in St.
Lucie County.
Affiant further states that he has become aware of a certain lien filed
against John and Betty Davis of Rt 3 Box 490, Fort Pierce, Florida by the '
Internal Revenue Service of the Federal Government on February 2, 1977, which
was recorded February 28, 1977, in Official Records Book 264, page 1341.
Affiant further states that he is not the person named in that particular

lien and has never used a Rt 3 Box 490 mailing address in Fort Pierce, Florida -
in all of his life.
Further affiant sayeth not.
