Personally before we the undersigned officer. authorized by the laws of said state to
administer oaths, comes John E, Harris II and Kathleen W. Harris ,who, on oath, says that
he/they is/are -the owner of the property described below and that no improvements have
actually been commenced on this property. ,
This notice is filed pursuant to Chapter 713.13, Florida Statutes, to give notice of
commencement of improvements to the following described real property:
Lot 25, Block 405, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION THREE, according to the Plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 13A through 13I, of the
Public Records of St, Lucie County, Florida
located in St. Lucie County, Florida.
