Motion to Amend filed by the Plaintiff, SAM SALERNO, and the
Court being fully advised to the fact that the Defendants,
C. SHELBY DALE, individually and as trustee, and GRACE C.
DALE, his wife, have been defaulted by this Court by an Order
dated February 12 1979, and the Court being other fully

advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the Plaintiff's Motion to Amend be and

the same is hereby granted and the said Complaint is hereby ~
deemed to have been filed as of the date of the filing of

the Notion to Amend.

2. That further the Clerk of the Court in and
for St. Lucie County is hereby directed to issue a summons
for the purpose of service upon the additional defendants t

contemplated by the Plaintiff's amendment to the Complaint
