This cause came on for trial the 1st day of May, 1979 and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows;
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MELVIN S.
MEREDITH and LINDA S. MEREDITH be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of LAURA ANN MEREDITH and DANNY LEE
j MEREDITH, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to LINDA. S
MEREDITH with reasonable visitation rights reserved to MELVIN S.
MEREDITH.

3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 4th day of May, 1979, MELVIN S.

s MEREDITH shall pay to LINDA S. MEREDITH the sum of $26.00 per child
~ each and every week, for the support of the children named above.
g Eat payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to LINDA S. MEREDITH. In addition there is here-
r by assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
i
payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money
order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep
the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses
at all times while this order is in effect.
