FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of May, 1979 and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JOHN H.

LAMPLOUGH and MARY S. LAMPLOUGH be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
l obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of HENRY LAMPLOUGH, minor child of the
parties, is hereby awarded to MARY S. LAMPLOUGH with reasonable

~ visitation rights reserved to JOHN H. LAMPLOUGH.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 11th day of May 1979, JOHN H.
LA.;iPLOUGH shall pay to MARY S. LAMPLOUGH the sum of $30.00 each and

~ every week, for the support of the child named above.

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted
promptly to MARY S. LAMPLOUGH. In addition there is hereby
e assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
~ made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
