THIS CAUSE came on for hearing before the Court, and tie
Court finding that proper service has been made upon the Aefen-
darts, SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, as Personal Representative
of the Estate of Vincent Vecchio, Deceased, and Defendant, LEWIS ~
WITT, d/!~/a FORT PIERCE TOMATO GRUNTERS, and the Court, on the
evidence presented, finding that the Defendants are indebted
to the Plaintiff in the amount of $24,436.90 as principal of
account, plus interest in the amount of $5.02, together with
attorneys' fees in the amount of $1,000.00, and costs taxed
herein in the amount of $67.50, making a total indebtedness
of $25,509.42, owed by the Defendants to the Plaintiff, It Is
Therefore, Upon Consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
