AGREEMENT FOR DEED AND
ESTOPPEL ANO SOLVENCY AFFIDAVIT

RUSSELL K. PETRIE and PEGGY A. PETRIE, his wife, being
first duly sworn, do depose and say:
That they are the identical parties who made, executed
and delivered that certain deed to FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation organized and
existing under the•Iaws of the United States of America, dated
the 3rd day of E''ay 1979, conveying the following
descri dbe
property, to wit:
Lot 14, Block 34, PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 25, as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, pages
32, 32A through 32I, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
That the aforesaid .deed was an absolute conveyance of
the title to said premises to the grantee named therein in
effect as well as in form, and was and is not intended as a
mortgage, trust conveyance, or security of any kind, and that
possession of said premises has been surrendered to First
Federal Savings and Loan Assoc ation of Fort Pierce or will
be surrendered as of the day of tfav 1979;
that the consideration for the aforesaid deed is the full cancella-
tion of all notes, debts, obligations, costs and charges secured
by a certain mortgage (in default) heretofore existing on the
property therein and hereinbefore described and executed by
Russell K. Petrie and Peggy A. Petrie, his wife, as mortgagors,
to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce
as mortgagee, dated the 1st day of November, 1977, recorded
in Official Record Book 277, page 770, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and the reiease, satisfaction or }
cancellation of record by First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Fort Pierce of said mortgage.
That the aforesaid deed and conveyance was made by the
deponents herein as the result of their request that First
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce accept
such deed in extinguishment of their debt and was their free
.and voluntary act; that at the time of making said deponents
believed and still believe that the mortgage indebtedness above
~ mentioned represented the fair value of the property so deeded;
that said deed was not given as a preference against any other
creditors of deponents or either of them; that at the time
it was given there was no other person, firm or corporation,
other than First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort
Pierce, either directly or indirectly interested in said premises;
that deponents have no other creditors whose rights would be
prejudiced by such conveyance, and that deponents not obligated
upon any debt whereby any lien has been created or exists against
the premises described in said deed; EXCEPT (1) claim of
Glen Blackburn Trucking dated April 10, 1978, recorded in
O.R. Book 284, page 2853, in the sum of $230.88; and (2) claim
_ of Kelly Bros. Tractor Service, Inc., dated April 20, 1978,
recorded in O.R. Book 285, page 1429, in the sum of $96.50;
both of which First Federal Savings and Loan Association of
Fort Pierce has agreed to assume and pay; and that deponents
