AMENDMENT TO MORTGAGE
WHEREAS, On October 10, 1972, AQUA RABELLA, INC. , a Florida
corporation gave a mortgage to First Bank and Truat Company of Boca Raton,
covering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, said mortgage being re-
corded in Official Records Book 209, Page 2311, St. Lucie County, Florida
public records, and
WHEREAS, said mortgage was assigned to the JENSEN BEACH BANK,
a Florida Banking corporation, by Assignment dated May 18, 1976 and record-
ed in Official Records Book 252, Page 1371, St. Lucie County, Florida public
records, and '

WHEREAS, the parties are desirous of amending said mortgage. '
NOW THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual ,

promises made herein, and Ten Dollars ($10. OOj and other good and valuable t
consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as
follows: a
1. That the outstanding balance on said note, including interest,
as of April 10, 1979, is $32, 000. 00.
2. The note is amended to be due on or before June 15, 1979.
The. note is further amended to provide that interest will be paid upon

maturity, June 15, 1979, and calculated at a rate of interest of 13. ?5%.

3. In all other respects, said mortgage and note, as amended,
