All lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida. Containing 0.82 acres, more or less. This Deed is executed subject to taxes assQssed for the year 1979 - and all subsequent years and to conditions, easements, limitations and restrictions. This Deed is executed subject further to the specific restriction that prior-to the commencement of construction of any kind, including but not limited to original construction and subsequent or future alterations or modifications, Grantee agrees that all plans and specifications shall be submitted for approval to Grantor. Grantor shall review the data submitted as to aesthetical, functional and economical conformance with the area and its proposed development and Grantor agrees that such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The parties acknowledge and agree that the premises shall be used ~ for the sole purpose of a branch savings and loan association and - any modification or change in such use will require the consent and approval of Grantor. This latter restriction shall remain. in full force and effect for a period of five (5) years from the date of recordation of this Deed.
