Commence at a point on the East right-of-way line of the FEC Rail-
way 265.98 feet north of the south line of Government Lot 1, Section
29, Township 36 South, Range 41 East and run 345.10 feet East and
parallel to the said south line of Government Lot 1 to the point of
beginning; thence northwesterly parallel to Indian River Drive 104.5
feet; thence 115 feet East and parallel to said South line of Govern
meat Lot l; thence 104.52 feet southeasterly and parallel to Indian
River Drive; thence 115 feet west and parallel to the said South tin
(I of Government Lot 1 to point of beginning, reserving to the grantors
their successors and assigns easement for roads in and to the South
~ 10 feet of said tract. Also granting herein an easement for ingress
and egress to a roadway 20 feet wide, and North of a line 255.98 fee
north of and parallel to the said south line of Government Lot 1
extending from the East line of the FEC Railway to the West boundary
of the Indian River, and particularly granting herein riparian right

minutes West 180.84 feet; thence North 89030' East 2983.20 fef't to
the Indian River; thence southeasterly along the snore of the Indian _
River to point of beginning, excepting right-of-way for FEC Railway
and public roads.

Grantor covenants that her marriage to Oscar Broughton
~ was continuous and uninterrupted from the date that they acquired

on May 13, 1978, and that she has not since remarried.
