WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed this 20th
day of April, 1979, by TREASURE COAST SERVICE CORPORATION,
a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the
State of Florida, hereinafter called the Grantor, to LOUIS v ~ d r
E. IMBERT and ANN. B. IMBERT, his wife, whose post office _
address is 175 East Delaware Place, Chicago, Illinois _
60611, not in Tenancy in Common, but in JOINT TENANCY, S S
hereinafter called the Grantee, which terms "Grantor" and
"Grantee" shall include all the parties to this instrument,
the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals, t

That the Grantor for and in consideration of the
.sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, not in Tenancy in
Common but in JOINT TENANCY, that certain Townhouse Dwelling
Unit situate at 1772 D-4 Gulfstream Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida, and the real property appurtenant thereto, situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, legally described as:
Commencing at a concrete monument at the
Southeast corner of Block 5, Ocean View
Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 6, page 61, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida; run thence
West 132.69 feet along the North r-fight-of-
way line of Gulfstream Avenue to a point
on the Range Line or reference line set
