This is a corrective mortgage designed to correct an erroneous
legal description appearing in that certain mortgage dated
April 13, 1979, and recorded in O.R. Book 307, Page 592, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and upon
which intangible tax has been paid as evidenced by receipt
No. 483340.
By agreement of Mortgagor and Mortgagee on file
with Mortgagee, the within Mortgage secures not
only an existing indebtedness, but also ADVANCES
to be HEREAFTER made by Mortgagee to Mortgagor
the aggregate of which will equal the principal
amount specified in the promissory note secured
hereby.
