and in consideration of the sum of TWENTY-SIX AND NO/100 DOLLARS - - to it in hand paid, has remised,

and assigns, all of the right, title, interest, claim and demand wising out of the following reservations, to•wit:

products, and title to an undivided three-fourths of all other minerals which ma)• 1•x found on or under the said land, together with
the privilege outside any municipality, this date, to explore for and to mine and develop same. Said priv0ege to explore, mine and de-
velop is to br conducted on and under lands inside any municipality, this date, only with the consent of the surface owner."
