ORDER ON DEFENDANT HERNANDEZ'S MOTION
THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court on this
the 4th day of May, 1979, upon the Defendant, HERNANDEZ'S,
Motion to determine the Plaintiff, WARREN'S, challenge of
prospective panelists, Defendant, HERNANDEZ'S, Motion to set a
medical mediation hearing date, and Defendant, HERNANDEZ'S,
Motion to compel selection of panelists and the Court having
heard argument of counsel and being otherwise fully apprised
in the premises, it is herein ,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ,
1. That the Plaintiff, WARREN'S, challenges to
prospective panelists, Dr. Clifton Patton, Dr. A. Gardner,

and Dr. Enoch Vann are denied.-
2. That two additional questions shall be propounded
upon prospective panelists, Dr. M. F. Watkins substantially as
follows:
(1) Are you presently a member of the Board
~ of Trustees of Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital
now known as Longwood Medical Center?
(2) Do you believe that you can objectively
evaluate the case brought against Fort Pierce
Memorial Hospital, now known as Longwood
Medical Center, ANTONIO V. HERNANDEZ, M.D.,
VINCENT MOLINO, M.D., and ROSANNE JONES, C.R.N.A.?
