' 3. That Defendant, HERNANDEZ'S, Motion to set
'a medical mediation hearing date is denied in that the
panel has not as of this date been selected and said date
shall not be set until the panel has been selected. .
4. That the Clerk of the Court is directed to
immediately phone those prospective panelists who have not
yet responded to the panel questionaires and request that °
said prospective panelists respond immediately and, additionally,
inquire as to whether prospective panelists intend to disqualify
himself and, if so, then to immediately select a substitute
panelist and forward the appropriate questionaire. The
Court further notes that as of this date questionaires have
been received from all prospective panelists with the exception
of Dr. J. D. Browning and Attorney Charles A. Sullivan.
5. That all parties shall within one (1) day of
receipt of questionaires from five prospective physicians
and five prospective attorneys none of whom have ,disqualified
themselves enter into a striking procedure and select the
physician and attorney panelist to hear the above-styled cause.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
