THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the

stipulated Motion of the parties to set aside the Default
Judgment previously entered herein on May 2, 1979, and
this Court having considered the merits of-said stipulation,
and having otherwise been fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Default Judgment previously
entered herein on 5/2/79 is hereby vacated and set aside, and
the Defendants shall have ten (10) days from the date of this
Order within which to file pleadings in response to Plaintiffs'
Complaint.
