HomeMy WebLinkAbout2306 ~443~~# RESOLUTION NO. 79-42 WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission, after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all owners of property within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing, has recpmmended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County that the hereinafter described request for a change in zoning classification be GRANTED, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing _ 5 on March 6, 1979 after first publishing notice of said hearing in the News Tribune on February 16, 1979, and WHEREAS said public heaving was continued to April 3, 1979 and again } to May 8, 1979. - ~ NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners 4 of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 8th day of May, 1979, as follows: 1. That the zoning of the following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: Parcel 1: Lot 27, the east 1/2 of Lot 28, the east 1/2 of Lot 29, less that part south and west of the canal, the north 1/2 of Lot 30, lying north and west of Okeechobee Road, all being in a subdivision in Section 29, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, as recorded in nameless plat in Plat-Book 3, page 23 of the public records of St. Lucie County LESS AND EXCEPT rights of way for roads and drainage canals of record; AND ` FURTHER LESS AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: Commencing at t_he northeast corner of Lot 27 of a subdivision of Section 29, Township 35 South,'Range 39 East, as recorded in F Plat Book 3, page 23 of the public records of St. Lucie County, for point of beginning; thence run west along the north boundary 'of Lot 27, a distance of 660 feet; thence run south parallel to the east boundary of Lot 27 aforesaid, 330 feet; thence run east S parallel to the north boundary of Lot 27 aforesaid, 660 feet to the intersection of the east boundary of Lot 27, which boundary., - is 330 feet south of the Point of Beginning; thence run north along the east boundary of Lot 27, 330 feet to the Point of Beginning, less rights of way for Drainage Canal No. 53, and r-fights of way for Brocksmith Road Parcel 2: Be~3inning at a concrete monument on the north line of - ~ Section 29, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, and the west right of way of the Nosh St. Lucie River Drainage District Canal No. 53, thence easterly 54 feet to the north quarter-section corner r of Section 29; thence south 0 degrees, OS'16" W. along the quarter section line 3412 feet; more or less, to the point of intersection r ~ with the centerline of an east-west drainage ditch for Point of Beginning; thence South 89 .degrees 09'39" W. 530.76 feet along the centerline of said drainage ditch; thence north 89 degrees i ~ - 6~ ~ ~ ~ ~
