The petition of IRENE O. NACE respectfully shows: ;

1. Grace A. James died on December 29, 1978,
i
leaving a Last Will and Testament in which petitioner is named
as Personal Representative; said Will was duly probated on
i
January 4, 1979. Petitioner on that date qualified as Personal
Representative; said Will contained a power of sale and petitioner
deems it for the best interest of the estate that the following

described property of the estate be sold: -
Lots 2 and 3, Russos Subdivision, as per
plat thereof, recorded in .Plat Book 4,
Page 47, public records of St. Lucie County,
f Florida. -

2. It will be to the best interest of the estate to
sell said property at private sale; it is necessary that said
r
property be sold in order to pay the costs of administration and

~ to make distribution according to law. Petitioner has obtained
an offer for said property which she considers sufficient to
authorize a private sale and petitioner alleges that said property
should be sold at private sale for the amount of X10,000.00 cash,
subject to confirmation by this Court. A.copy of the contract is

attached hereto as Petitioner's Exhibit "A".
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that an order allowing `
her to sell said property be entered authorizing said sale to be
