The petition of IRENE O. NACE, Personal Representative of
the Estate of Grace A. James, deceased, for leave to sell certain
property, aspdescribed in the petition, for the purpose of making
distribution; coming on this day to be heard; and it appearing to
the court that notice was furnished to all residuary legatees and
it is to the best interest of the estate that said property be sold
at pra.vate sale; and it further appearing that under the terms of
the will of the deceased a power of sale is provided; and the court
being fully advised;
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said IRENE O. NACE, as
Personal Representative of the will of said deceased, be, and she

is hereby authorized to sell the following described property at
f private sale to Marlene K. Hoxie and or her assigns:
Lots 2 and 3, Russos Subdivision, as per
plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4,

Said sale shall be made for the amount of $10,000.00 cash.
