The Petitioner, JOHN W. HEINEN, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as a
residual beneficiary to the extent of one-half. Petitioner's name

2. Decedent, NARCISO OLORI, also known as NARCISSO OLORI,
whose last known address was 612 South 17th Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450, whose age was 89 years, and whose Social Security
~I Number was 265-09-3258, died on February 26, 1979, and at the time
E of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.

3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this Estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the
ages of any who are minors, are:
