6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
Estate are as follows:
Real Property: None
Personal Property -approximate: $25,000.00
7. Petitioner is unaware of any, unrevoked will or codicil of
decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.~
8. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated January 22,
1979, subscribed by CAROL A. LOCKLIEAR and JULIE TUTTLE as attesting
witnesses, accompanies this~Petition.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be
admitted to probate and that the Petitioner be appointed personal
representative of the Florida Estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
