I, NARCISSU OLORI, domiciled and residing in St. Lucie
County, Florida, declare this instrument to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking all prior Wills and Codicils made by me.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses, expenses of my last illness, and costs of administering
my estate be paid as soon as practicable after my death.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate unto my beloved friends, JOHN W. HEINEN
and FRIEDA M, SCHRODER, or-to the survivor of them, in equal shares,
share and share alike, absolutely and forever.
- THIRD: I hereby nominate and appoint my friend, JOHN W.
HEINEN, as personal representative of this Will and of my estate.
If he is unable or unwilling to serve, I nominate and appoint my
friend, FRIEDA M. SCHRODER, to be successor personal representative.
The personal representative of this Will shall not be required to
furnish bond.
The personal representative of this Will is invested with
i full power and authority to sell, encumber, and otherwise dispose

of all personal and real property whenever deemed necessary and at
3 a price deemed adequate, without the intervention of any Court.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal
to this, my Last Will and Testament, at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, this 22nd day of January 1979.
