SCHEDULE OF DISTRIBUTION
Distribution of the residuary estate shall be made in
accordance with the distribution agreements dated December 13, 1977,
and December 8, 1978, between Ruth Evans Talbot and Edith Evans Carle.
The originals of said agreements are attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
