THIS AGREEMENT, dated this - I~~ day of ,,J~.~- ,
197, between RUTH EVANS TALBOT and EDITH EVANS CARLE a/k/a EDITH EVANS
ARNETT.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the parties are the sole residuary devisees under
the Last Will and Testament of their father, RICHARD EVANS, deceased,
each entitled under the Will to an equal share of the rest, residue and
remainder of the estate after the payment of debts, taxes, the expenses
of administration and the specific bequest of stock to RICHARD EVAN EVANS,
and .
WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Agreement dated Decem- .
ber 13, 19??, a copy of which is attached hereto, providing for an
equitable distribution of real and personal property to avoid joint
ownership of the same, and
iiHEREAS, said Agreement between the parties dated December 13,
197? did not include three parcels of real estate and a trailer which
compose a portion of the residuary estate of P.IC;iArD E9AP:S, and
WHEREAS, the parties now wish to enter into a further Agree-
ment providing for an equitable distribution of real property which was
not covered by the Agreement of December 13, 197?.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree to the following schedule

t 1. RUTH EVANS~TALBOT shall receive the following:

(a) A parcel of land in Government Lot 5,
Section 33, Township 39 North, Range ? East, de-
scribed as follows: Beginning at an iron rod on
the East and ~7est Quarter line of said Section 33,
a 781.4 feet East of the `~7est ; corner of- said
Section; thence continuing Easterly on said Quar-
~ ter line a distance of 99.34 feet to a similar
iron marker; thence Southerly parallel the west
line of Government Lot 5 or at a deflection angle
of 90°1'30" a distance of 904.21 feet to a stake
~ and iron rod on the bank of Tomahawk Lake; thence
Northwesterly at an included angle of 83°26' a
distance of 100 feet to an iron rod and stake on
the shore of Tomahawk Lake; thence northerly
parallel the East line of this parcel, 892.73
~ feet to the place of beginning. X15,000.00
