THIS AGREEMENT, dated t~is1~3 day of ~c,,^~,
197, between RUTH EVANS TALBOT and EDITH EVANS CARLE f/k/a/ EDITH EVANS
ARNETT,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS , the parties are the sole residuary devisees under the
Last Will and Testament of their father, RICHARD EVANS, deceased, each entitled
under the Wilt to an equal share of the rest, residue and remainder of the estate
after the payment of debts , taxes , the expenses of administration and the specific
bequest of stock to RICHARD EVAN'EVANS, and
WHEREAS , ~ substantial part of the residuary estate of RICHARD
EVANS consists of real property in the States of Florida, Wisconsin and Oklahoma,
title to which is vested in the parties subject to the right of the personal representative
to sell such property if necessary , and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to enter into an agreement providing
for an equitable distribution of this certain real and personal property to avoid joint
ownership ~of the same:
NOW , THEREFORE , the parties agree to the following partial distri-
bution of real estate and certain personal property:
1. That RUTH EVANS TALBOT shall receive title to:
(a) Lot No . 98 of VENTURE OUT AT ST . LUCIE INC . ,
a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium
thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 189, at Page 1677,
o et seq. , of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
$16,000.00
_ (b) UNIT NO. 67 , of WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA
CONDOMINIUM NO. 1, according to the Declaration of Condo-
minium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 189, on
Pages 1887 through 2007, inclusive, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, together with all the appurtenances
to said Unit .

(c) That part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 3,
' Township 38 North, Range 7 East, described as follows:
Commencing at the 1/8th post 1323.9 feet west of Section
corner common to Sections 2, 3, 34 & 35, thence South on the
1/8th line 238.2 feet; thence fn a southesterly direction on
a 2 degree curve 945.5 feet to the place of beginning; thence
southwesterly along the northwesterly line of Rainbow Street

( a distance of 100 feet; thence northwest ly on same degree curve
185 feet; thence northeasterly 100 feet the southwesterly line
of Kelley Street and thence southeasterly along the southwest
~ lfne of Kelley Street 200 feet more or less to the point of beginning,
also described as Outlot A, . and Lots 1 and 2 of an unrecorded
