RATIFICATION BY GRANTEE
The undersigned being the Grantee of that certain Warranty
Deed from KEY REALTY AND DEYELOPMENT INC., A Florida Corporation
transferring to the undersigned t~e follvwinq described real property
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:

- Begin at the Northeast corner of Block 6 of IAMNK00D ADDITION, as recorded in
Plat Book 2, page 16 of the pudltc records of St Lucte County, Florida; thence
run SOOo00`35" E; along the hest line of South l~th Street, a distance of 59.52
feet, to the P02NT OP BEfI~NTNG; thence continue SOOo30'3 5" E, a distance of
16.67 feet; thence run S89 29'25" M, a distance of 120 00 feet; thence run
NOOo30`35" W, a dtstance of 16,67 feet; thence run N89b29`25" E, a dtstance of
120,00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
does hereby accept said conveyance according to the conditions set forth
in the-Warranty Deed executed pursuant thereto and acknowledges that this
conveyance is subject to the provisions of that certain Declaration of
Party t4alls, Restrictions, Reservations, Easements and Protective Covenant
as recorded in Official Records Book 300, Page 1724 through 1799,-all
in the Public.Recor_ds of St. Lucie County, Florida, and all actions taken
thereunder. The undersigned. understands that each and every provision
of the aforegoing documents is made for the benefit of all owners of
parcels of property described therein and does further hereby ratify,
confirm and approve all of said provisions; and agrees to be bound by
all of the said provisions; and acknowledges and agrees that all of said
provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable. The undersigned further
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration and the Purchase Agreement
executed by the undersigned, contain all of the wazranties, representa-
t i ~n~ aril inducc?ments concerning the purchase by the undersigned of the -
nt•~ve-clc+scrihec~ real property.
