RATIFICATION BY GRANTEE
The undersigned beingg the Grantee of that certain Warranty i
Deed from KEY REALTY AND DEVELOPMENT, INC„ A Plorida Corporation
transferring to the undersigned the following described real property
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Begin at the Northeast corner of Block 6 of LAWNWOOD ADDITI~IN, as recorded in Plat
Book 2, page 16 of the public records~ot St. Lucie County. Ftortda; thence run
S00°30'35" East, along the Kest line of South 19th Street, a dtstance of 42.85
feet, to the POINT OP BEGiNNTNf; thence cQnttnue S00°30'35" East, a distance
of 16.67 feet; thence run S89~29~25" West, a distance of 120.00 feet; thence
run NOOo30`35" West, a dtstance of 16.67 feet; thence run N89°29'25" East, a
distance of 120.00 feet. to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

thereunder. The undersigned understands that each and every provision
of the aforegoing documents is made for the benefit of all owners of
parcels of prnperty described therein and does further hereby ratify,
confirm and approve all of said provisions; and agrees to be bound by
all of the said provisions; and acknowledges and agrees that all of said
provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable. The undersigned further
