subject in every respect to the Declaration of Coiulomini.unn as to the condominiwn
in i,~liich his trait is located :u~d Tahibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (wlicthcr the same are attached to the Dc;claratiai or referred to
therein), the 13y-Laws of the Association, Articles oI Incorporation, Uie Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operatinnn, budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan o£ apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all. /'unendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorpor:~tion, 13y-Laws and Ikclaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the- Pioherty O?,mers' Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aci~towledges that each and
every provision of the forel;oing is essential to the success:Eul operation and ma.-~age- j
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best intcrest:s and for tine benefit of
all tiie o~.•ners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in tl~e aforedescribed
Condaniniwn covenant and a~rce to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and F~l~ibits attached thereto. Purci~ascr hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo- ~
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment trader .the
Property (Aaners' Association doctmients referred to above ant the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of tl~e Property Uaners' Associ-
atio~i leas encumbered and impressed a lien upon t1~e Condomini~vn parcel being conveyed
to i'c~rcl~a_ser, as security for leis obligations wider the said Ieclaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property O?,•ners' Association and said 1'circhaser assumes the
obligations as to the Prop°rty O«ners' Association as to his condominiwn parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all ~~~arr,~nties, representations and inducements, if any, arc
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there- 3
to, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property O~mers' Association {
and other charges ai-e estimated only. Ab warranty or guaranty is nk~de or intended,
nor may one be relied except inhere the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed t
in said Declaration of Condoininiu;n and tl~e F.xliibits attached thereto.
