I I, CARLISLE H. GIERSBROOK, a married man, be-
ing a resident of the City of Boca Raton, County of E
Palm Beach and State of Florida, and being of sound mind
and memory, do make, publish and declare this my Last
Will and Testament.
FIRST: I hereb revoke cancel and annul all

former wills and testaments, including codicils thereto,
by me at any time made.
SECOND: I direct my Executrix, hereinafter
named, to pay and discharge all my just debts including
the expenses of my last illness, funeral and testamen-
tary expenses.
THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath my entire
estate, be it real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever ~ -
nature and wheresoever situated, to which I may be en-

titled or which I may own and any estate to which I may

have the power to dispose of at my death, to my wife,

JACQUELYN N. GIERSBROOK, to be hers absolutely.
If my wife does not survive me or should her

death occur in a common accident or disaster with mine,
then in that event I give, devise and bequeath my en-
- tire estate to my son, DUDLEY N. GIERSBROOK.
