during my life or of her incapacity, resignation and
inability or refusal to act, I nominate my son,
DUDLEY N. GIERSBROOK, as Executor. Neither shall be
required to give bond or other security for the faith-
ful performance of their duties.
I hereby authorize my Executrix or alternate,
in their discretion, from time to time and without order
of Court, to sell all or any part of my estate, real
or personal, which I may own or be entitled to at my
death, at public or private sale, for cash or partly
cash and partly credit, and upon such terms as to them
may seem advisable.
