acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said grantee, and grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following

as recorded in Plat Book 11, at page 18 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to easements, restrictions and rights-of-way of record. Also,
subject to that certain mortgage from JAMES E. BRITCHER, SR., and
IRENE C. BRITCHER, his wife to CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, dated the 3rd day of March 1966
and recorded in O.R. .Book- 139 at Page 502 of the Public Records of •
St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original principal balance of
$14,000.00 and having a principal balance as of the 30th day of
t3arch, 1979 of $7,070.91, which the grantees herein expressly assume
and agree to pay.
This corrective deed is to correct an erroneous legal description which
appears in that certain FJarranty Deed from Grantors herein to the
Grantees herein, dated March 30, 1979,~and recorded in O.R. Book .306,
Page 269 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and said grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the some against the lawful claims of afl
