Estate of MARGARET McDONALD BAKER, deceased, party of the first part,
and SYDNEY GARSON and LILIAN GARSON, his wife, party of the second
part, whose address is
W ITN E S S E T H:
The party of the first part, pursuant to the power of sale con-
tained in the Kill of the above-named decedent, and in consideration
of the sum of S10.00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand
paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and {
confirms to the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever,
the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Undivided one-half interest in the following: _
Lot 5 and 15 feet of vacated alley, MARAVILLA
SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 4, page 68, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
end appurtenances belonging in or anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second part,
its heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the
party of the second part, its heirs and assigns, that in all things
preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance, the
power of sale contained in the Will of the above-named decedent, and
the laws of Florida have been followed and complied with in all
respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part, as Personal
Representative of .the Estate of MARGARET McDONALD BAKER, deceased,
