THIS CAUSE came to be heard before the .Court on

January 19th, 1979, on the Petition for Administration of RITA
MANGE, to admit the Last Will and Testament of the decedent, {
TOM L. EMMONS, dated August 27th, 1976, to Probate, and to
appoint RITA MANGE, Personal Representative of the Estate of ~

the decedent; and the Court, being fully advised in the premises
finds:
That a Petition for Administration was filed in

this cause by ARTHUR B. EMMONS, the brother of the above-

decedent, together with a Last Will and Testament bearing date
June 18th, 1974.
That subsequent thereto, a Petition for Administration
i
~ was filed in this cause by RITA MANGE, including a Last Will and
Testament of the decedent dated August 27th, 1976.

That the instrument dated August 27th, 1976 and
I
presented to this Court as the Last Mill and Testament of TOM L.
EMMONS, has been established by the testimony-of ALBERT MOSES,
a Subscribing and Attesting witness, as being the Last Will and
a Testament of the decedent.
That having been so established as the Last Will and

Testament of the decedent, the instrument dated August 27th, 1976,
revokes the prior Last Will and Testament of the•d~cedent dated
June 18th, 1974.
