It further appears to the Court that Counsel for
ARTHUR B. EMMONS was given notice of this Hearing, and is not
making any objection to the Petition filed by RITA I~.ANGE.
That under the Last Will and Testament of the
decedent dated August 27th, 1976, RITA MANGE was appointed
Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent, to-serve
without bond.
That the Decedent died on December 13th, 1978;
and the Court, being fully advised in the premises, is is
accordingly
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the Last Will and Testament
bearing date August 27th, 1976, and attested by ALBERT MOSES, .
HAROLD DAWSON and JOHN M. AGOSTINO, as Subscribing and Attesting
witnesses is admitted to Probate according to law, as and for
the~Last Will and Testament of the decedent, and
That the Petition for Administration filed by
ARTHUR B. EMMONS, the brother of the above-decedent, together
with a Last Will and Testament bearing date June 18th, 1974,
be denied.
That RITA MANGE be and is hereby appointed Personal

Representative of the Estate of the Decedent, in accordance with
the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent bearing date August
