SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED

THIS INDENTURE, made this the 1+th day of May 19 79
by and between STOCKTON, WHATLEY, DAMN & COMPANY, a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter called Grantor, '
and SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT of Washington, D.C., his
successors and assigns, hereinafter called Grantee.
~ WITNESSETH, that the said Grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten Dollars (S10.00) in hand paid by Grantee and other valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grants, bargains,
' ` ~ and sells to the said Grantee, forever, the following described lands in the
County of St. Lucie State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 177 of SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT THREE, REPEAT
according to the Plat-thereof as recorded-in
Plat Book 16, Page 12, of the Public Records
. of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described property, with appur-
" tenances, unto the said Grantee, his successors and assigns, forever.
.AND SAID GRANTOR does hereby specially warrant the title to
said lands and will defend the same against the lawful claims of any person
whomsoever claiming by, through or under the said Grantor.
