dants' Amended Motion for Leave to File a Third Party Complaint and
to File Affirmative Defenses. The parties, by and through their under-
siged attorneys, hereby stipulate that these motions be granted and
that the Defendants be allowed to file pleadings in accordance with the
motions. ~

THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon the above Stipu-
lation of the parties and the Court being fully advised in the premises,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants' Motion for Leave to
File a Counterclaim and Defendants' Amended Motion for Leave to File a
- Third Party Complaint and to File Affirmative Defenses is hereby granted.
{ The Defendants shall have 10 days from the date of this Order in which
