ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 14th day of May,
1979, upon the Motions to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction filed
by Defendants CHRYSLER CORPORATION, FLORIDA CHRYSLER PLYMOUTH,
INC.,~AND JOHNSON CHRYSLER PLYMOUTH, INC., and upon the Plaintiff's
Motion to Strike for Sham, Motion for Default, and Motion for
Attorney's Fees, and the court having heard the argument of
counsel and having been fully advised in the premises, it is
herein
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID as follows:
1. The Motions to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction

filed by the Defendants CHRYSLER CORPORATION, FLORIDA CHRYSLER
PLYMOUTH, INC., AND JOHNSON CHRYSLER PLYMOUTH, INC., are hereby
denied and Defendants shall have 15 days from the date of this
order to file an answer.
[ 2. Plaintiff's Motion to Strike forSham, Motion for
e Default, and Motion for Attorney's Fees are hereby denied.
