DECLARATORY JUDGMENT
This cause having come on for trial upon the Crpssclaim
of Business Security and Investigation Corporation, Inc.,
against Parliament Insurance Company, and the Court having
heard testimony, argument of counsel and being duly advised '
upon the premises, finds and determines as follows:
1. -The insured, .BUSINESS SECURITY AND INVESTIGATIOId '
CORPORATION, INC., was, in fact, covered by the insurer's,
j Parliament Insurance Company, policy attached to the Crossslaim
i
in the amount and to the extent set .forth therein as same re-
lates to Count II of the Amended Complaint.
2. The insurer, Parliament Insurance Company, is obligated:
to defend Business Security and Investigation Corporation,
Inc., on all counts of the Amended Complaint.
