MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT made this day of ,1979 by D. K.
LINDAUER hereinafter called the "Mortgagor" and EMILY MAY PEED
BEACOM as Trustee of the Trust under the Will of John Patrick Beacom,
a/k/a J. Patrick Beacom, a/k/a Patrick J. Beacom,Deceased, herein-
after called the "Mortgagee", for and in consideration of the sum
of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations and also in
consideration of the promises and covenants contained herein, and
WHEREAS, the Mortgagor did on the 1st day of August, 1978
execute and give to the Mortgagee and a tenant in common, ROBERT
M. JERNIGAN, a certain Promissory Note and thereby promised to
pay to the Mortgagee $50,000.00 with interest at the rate of 7.5$
per annum due and payable on August 1, 1979, and
WHEREAS the Mortgagor did on the 1st day of August, 1978
to secure the payment of the aforesaid Promissory Note execute and
delivery to the Mortgagee and ROBERT M. JERNIGAN as tenants in
common, a Mortgage Deed on certain land situate in St.Lucie County,
Florida, described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe at the interesection of the east
right of way line of the Florida East Coast Railway Company
and the North line of Lot 8, "Assessor's Map of the North
Part of Fort Pierce", as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 1, Page 164, St.Luie County,Florida, Public Records, .
run thence South 89 deg. 51 minutes East along the North
line of -said Lot 8, 123.55 feet to an iron pipe; thence,
from a tangent bearing South 54 deg. 48 minutes East, run
` a circular curve, to the left, having a Degree of Curvature
of 10 deg. 48 minutes, 12 second, 206.2 feet, to a point
~ of tangency of said curve; thence South 77 deg. 04 minutes
East, 71.48 feet to an iron pipe on the West line of
t North Second Street; thence South 15 deg. 39 minutes East,
along the west line of North Second Street, 117.03 feet,
~ to a concrete monument and a point of curvature; thence,
on a circular curve, to the right, having a radius of 16.57
feet, 29.13 feet to a~concrete monument at the-point of
~ tangency of said curve with the North line of Avenue H;
thence, South 85 deg. 05 minutes West, along the north line
of Avenue H, 307.81 feet to a concrete monument at the
r intersection of the north line of Avenue H and the East
right of way line of th Florida East Coast Railway
Company; thence North 21 degrees 43 minutes West, along
the east right of way line of said Railraod Company, 23.35
feet to a point of curvature; thence, continuing along the
east right of way line of said Railway Company, on a circular
curve, to the right, having a Degree of~Curvature of 2 deg.
O1 minutes 03 seconds, 252.16 feet to the point of beginning.
