mortgagee shall have the right to receive and apply the same to the indebtedness hereby secured, aecotrrettng
fo the mortgagor for any surplus: fo pay all rnsfs, charges, and expenses, including lawyer's Jeea and title
searches, reasonably incurred or paid 6y the mortgagee because of the jailwe of the mortgagor fo promptly

covenants set forth in said note and this mortgage or either. In the event the mortgagor jails-to pay when
due any tax, assessment, insurance premium or other stain of money payable 6y virtue of said note and this
mortgage, or either, the mortgagee moy pay the same, without waiving or affecting the option to jor+eclose
or any other right hereunder, and all such payments shall bear Interest from date thereof at the highest law- -
f ul rate then allowed by the Laws of the State of Florida.
