MINUTES OF ANNUAL MEETING OF
RIVER WOODS PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION
The meeting was called to order at 3:00 o'clock P,M. on
April 18, 1979, by T. Brendan Ryan, Vice President, and a
quorum of over 2/3 of the membership was present.

On motion made and seconded, the association will maintain
the drainage ditch located on Lot 15 which leaves the tidal pond
and runs east and west dust north of the east-west access ease-
ment to the Indian River.
On motion duly made, seconded and unanimously passed, the
officers of the association were authorized and-directed to convey
and disclaim by appropriate instruments any interest of the the
association and Tnembers thereof in and to that north-south ease-
ment described as follows: Easement located on Lot 15 and
described as an access and drainage easement being 20 feet in
width running North to South commencing at a point which is 20 feet
North of the Northwest corner of Lot 14 and extending to the
drainage and utility easement on the North boundary of Lot 15,
Block "A", all being in River Woods Subdivision, to Mary E. Rice
who is purchasing said Lot 15.
