DISCLAIMER OF INTEREST
_ Comes now RIVER WOODS PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.,
pursuant to the membership meeting of April 18, 1979, and does
disclaim and quit-claim any interest in that easement located
on Lot 15 and described as an access and drainage easement being
20 feet in width running North to South commencing at a point
which is 20 feet North of the Northwest corner of Lot 14 and
extending to the drainage and utility easement on the North
boundary of Lot 15, Block "A", all being in RIVER WOODS SUBDI-
VISION as recorded in Plat Book 18, page 4, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Executed this day of May, 1979.
