DISCLAIMER OF INTEREST
Comes now ROBERT T. RYAN and T. BRENDAN RYAN, Individually
and as Trustees, being the present owners of Lots 5, 17, 19, 20,
21, 22, 23, 24 and 25, Block "A"; and Lots 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and
9, Block "B", and do disclaim and quit-claim any interest in that J
' easement located on Lot 15 and described as an access and drainage
easement being 20 feet in width running North to South commencing
at a point which is 20 feet North of the Northwest corner of
Lot 14 and extending~to the drainage and utility easement on .the
North boundary of Lot 15, Block "A", all being in RIVER WOODS
