This cause was heard upon the verified Petition for
Adoption filed in this cause and the minor's mother, MOUSIE V. MILLER
having given written consent to the adoption of her son, BILLY
VOLONY JOHNSON, by the Petitioner herein, and it appearing to the
Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper person to adopt the

minor child sought to be adopted and that the best interests of the
child will be promoted by the adoption and that the child is suitable
for adoption by Petitioner, TERRY D. MILLER, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as BILLY BOLONY
JOHNSON is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioner,
TERRY D. MILLER, and is given the name of BILLY VOLONY MILLER, by

which name he shall hereafter be known, and it is
-ADJUDGED that this child shall be the child and legal
~ heir of the Petitioner, TERRY D. MILLER, entitled to all rights

and privileges, and subject to all obligations of a child born to

t Petitioner, TERRY D. MILLER, in lawful wedlock.
